Delete folders

As a user I want to be able to delete redundant folders.

I and the LLM cant seem to delete folders in the tree. I moved the children md files to family and emptied \family\children, but now I have an empty folder in the tool.
Is there any way for me or the llm\librarian to delete (empty) folders that only contain the auto generated index.md? Or can that be implemented?

Shipped in #16 (merged). Empty directories holding only their auto-generated index.md are now pruned automatically after every mutation — including husks created before the fix, so your /family/children will disappear the first time anything writes to the bundle. Re-pull ghcr.io/thecodacus/understory:latest and you're set.
