Ability to search items by Description as well as Name

I often find in mineclone2, i cant find the enchanted books i am looking for, by searching in the ME terminal.

Please make it so you can search each item by Description as well as by Name.

Describe alternatives you've considered
Make a little toggle checkbox which specifies you are searching by Description.

I've added the feature to the remote on the integration branch. You can try it out there and see if it does what you want. If people like how it came out, there are similar updates to the terminal that can be done.
