XML files having fully or partially skipped test info giving 400 error

Today I found one issue when I'm uploading the reports in Testbeats. some of my XML reports having the fully skipped or partially skipped test info. in that case, uploading is failed with 400 error. so I tried to remove those XML files and tried and it published the report successfully. I think it's better we can have a mechanism to handle the reports having this skipped test info. I'm using cypress-xml-reporter and mochawesome reporter
