In a Windows 11 Pro install with all updates applied from Windows update and all of the drivers from the Windows drivers git installed, several devices in Device manager are still reported as not functioning correctly. The largest stumbling block is that the TPM 2.0 device driver is not working. This keeps the system from allowing BitLocker to be enabled.
Steps to reproduce
Install Windows 11 Pro from a Ventory USB
Install Intel Wifi drivers for internet connection
Install System76 meer9 windows drivers
Install All updates from Windows Update
Install Intel Driver Assistant >> update all drivers
Open Device Manager >> note 4 devices are listed as having issue.
Expected behavior
Windows 11 is able to load the TPM 2.0 device driver
Actual behavior
Windows shows the TPM 2.0 device driver is non-functioning
Additional info
Installing any TPM tooling in windows also errors out when trying to access the TPM 2.0 device.
