Use `hast-util-from-dom` for browser environment?

Depends on parse5 seems too heavy for plain browser environment

Impossible: the internals of an HTML parser are used. Browsers do not expose their internals!

Please look at the code in this project, browsers do not expose those APIs. Those packages are not those APIs.
