Section attached to System

If you attach a section to the System tab, it seems like Documenter doesn't recognize the different modes like new and edit. It's only possible to add documentation to the index view of these sections.

How would someone attach a documentation piece to the System tab? I am assuming this is about an earlier version of Symphony since the System part on the list now looks like this:

and it the System item is unselectable. (Maybe this is refering to the System page that was removed?)

The problem occurs when you create a section and set the navigation group to System.
