[Docs] Add SECURITY.md file

Description

This project currently does not have a SECURITY.md file.
Adding a Security Policy helps contributors and users know how to report vulnerabilities responsibly.

Expected Addition

• Create a SECURITY.md file in the root directory.
• Include details on how to report security issues (e.g., email address or GitHub security contact).
• Reference best practices for disclosing vulnerabilities.

Additional Context

Having a clear security policy improves trust and transparency, making the project more robust and welcoming for security researchers.
