Runtime error in v2.1.0 when referencing Supabase.Client

After upgrading to Supabase.Functions v2.1.0, referencing Supabase.Client causes the following runtime error:

System.MissingMethodException: 'Method not found: 'Void Supabase.Functions.Client..ctor(System.String)'.'

The error occurs when instantiating a Supabase.Client. Supabase.Functions.Client seems to work fine.

Steps to reproduce:

1. Create a console project
2. Add the following Nuget packages:
   • Supabase v1.1.1 (latest as of this message)
   • Supabase.Functions v2.1.0
3. Create a dummy client in main: var client = new Supabase.Client("", "");
4. App will throw runtime exception

Workaround:
Downgrading to v2.0.0 fixed the problem.

Any progress on this?
The workaround with downgrading to v2.0.0 does fix the runtime error, but that doesn't help when I can't pass the desired HttpMethod to the Invoke()-function as introduced in the newest version. @diegofesanto
