Please add support for chapter subfolders in the table of contents for comic books.

Bug reports are not for arguing if a feature should or should not implemented. We have discussions section for that.

If I decide I won't implement it, I'll close the issue.

If it's not closed, it's implied that I haven't made a decision yet, one way or another.

Comments in bug reports are for clarifying the issues and asking for more information, not discussions.

For things like suggesting work-around, please start a discussion and link to that discussion.

I'll be enforcing this more strictly because some issues are flooded with comments obscuring the useful information and that makes my job of reviewing bugs harder.

I might delete comments I deem irrelevant in past issues.
