Show keyboard shortcuts in command palette

I think it would be useful if the keyboard shortcut for a given action was shown next to it in the command palette. Much like the menu bar already does

i.e: Zoom: Custom... Ctrl+Y

This makes it easier to remember the shortcuts so that you don't have to use the command palette each time
