Full text search in docs

We have been using docs for quite a while now to collet meeting notes. We have quite some files now, it is starting to get difficult to find what has been discussed in which meeting. Therefore the one feature we are really missing is a full text search, which does not only search in the document titles (as working now), but in the full text. The front end would basically be the same, perhaps with the additional option "full-text" in the drop down menu.

It already works, but there is currently a rework in progress to make it work much better

Wow, this is even better as expected, a find that works across all lasuite applications . Kudos !
