Disabling File Encryption

I found this project some time ago, and I really liked it, though since I'm going to be hosting this off my raspberry pi with my own physical storage, I would like to know how I might be able to disable encryption specifically for the files. Just in case something were to happen to my servers or something. I know that I could just run the website locally or something if that happened and used the encryption key, but for convenience's sake.
