Add missing Azure Services? #16

I am not 100% sure, but looking at the azure icon set that seems to be the basis for this theme, I was missing some services from the last azure theme, that were in there?
Is it possible to open A PR to add what is missing?
Priority
I'm willing to add this feature myself and raise a PR (please confirm approach first)

- i need info about the tooling to get from the original svg icons to the png variants in the theme
- is there more I should know about creating those?
