proposal: search filters

Enable the ability to filter search results based upon some criteria, such as URL host. An example is that certain domains are prohibited from the programming discord network. 

It would be nice to enforce those restrictions (or maybe adjust the priority scanner to pick a result from domains which are more preferred)
