add Midi I/O support

Ooh, this looks very promising. Thanks for bringing it to my attention!

I will likely incorporate lovemidi into Sect, replacing the current weird MIDI-over-OSC-to-Puredata bridge, once there are confirmed working Linux/OSX binaries for lovemidi. I want to keep full multiplatform support in Sect, as it seems at least half the people interested in Sect are on Linux/OSX. ;)
