Update all samples to use Strands 1.0 or greater

Last week strands launched 1.0 of the python-sdk.

Currently, many of the samples in the repository are specifying pre-release versions of strands-agents as can be seen by this search: https://github.com/search?q=repo%3Astrands-agents%2Fsamples+%22strands-agents%3E%3D%22&type=code

For new customers getting started, we should update all examples to use 1.0 or greater and make sure that the examples still compile, as there were breaking changes made between the initial launch of 0.1 and 1.0: https://github.com/strands-agents/sdk-python/releases
