Error swallowed when user does not have cluster-scope list permission for ClusterDeployments #32

Description

@KevinFCormier

Lack of permission to list ClusterDeployments should not result in empty output from ck list claims.

The error should be shown, and either:

  • it is a fatal error that shows the message from the Kubernetes API
  • it is a warning, and the ClusterClaims are still listed with unknown POWERSTATE and HIBERNATE values
