better way to show that if claude code buffer has focus #109

in my emacs, when a buffer is not focused, the block cursor changes to an open block. however, the cursor in the claude code buffer never changes (i use the eat terminal). i'm not sure if it is possible since this is running in a terminal, but it would be awesome if there were some way to more clearly indicate that the claude code buffer does or does not currently have focus. there are many times that i start typing and realize that i am not in the claude code buffer. on a related note, when i start a claude code instances, i would love it if the buffer were initially focused. i always start typing and then realize that i first need to switch to the new claude code instance (again, not clear where the focus is).

thanks for such a useful project!
