Keychain access dialog reappears repeatedly despite "Always Allow" permission

What's happening

CodexBar repeatedly shows the keychain access dialog ("CodexBar wants to access key 'Claude Code-credentials'") even though "Always Allow" was clicked multiple times. The dialog reappears approximately daily, requiring password entry again.

Expected behavior

After clicking "Always Allow", the dialog should not reappear.

Context

• macOS, standard user account
• VS Code + CodexBar extension
• Keychain item "Claude Code-credentials" has ACL set to "Allow all applications to access this item" — yet the dialog keeps returning
• Two "CodexBar Cache" entries exist in Keychain Access

Likely cause

Claude Code appears to periodically refresh its OAuth token, which overwrites the "Claude Code-credentials" keychain item. Each overwrite may reset the ACL, causing CodexBar to request access again on next launch.

Could you please try enabling this option and see if the issue is fixed?

I have the same, ever since. And I have multiple browsers/profiles to testing websites and sometimes it will ask read every browser/profile too besides the CLI. Putting screenshot just for the reference here.

Avoid Keychain prompts (experimental)
Use /usr/bin/security to read Claude credentials and avoid CodexBar keychain prompts.

This will be resolved in the next release. The "Avoid Keychain prompts" toggle will be enabled by default from next release. Already merged in main.
