Remove initial observation #184
Description
Factorial methods #178 require no initial observation to avoid shape mismatches.
The cleanest API here is to remove initial observation everywhere.
Users can still have an initial observation by defining the first propagate/dynamics as the identity function. BUT this should be well documented.
