Current Behavior
When a session is finished and the notification is clicked, a new window opens.
Launching the timer on the browser when the PWA is installed, open the PWA when you click on the notification.
Expected behavior/code
Instead of opening a new window, the focus should be on the one already open.

- App version: PWA on desktop
- Browser name and version(s): Version 1.5.115 Chromium: 80.0.3987.149 (Official Build) (64-bit)
- OS: Windows 10
