  • Removed some folders/files at the top level directory that were related to the previous docs structure such as .gitbook, SUMMARY.md, contribute.md, and .gitbook.yaml. These removals will not affect the current docs.

  • Updated top level directory README.md. It now includes a short blurb on what the Stacks docs is and how to contribute changes to the docs.

  • Removed contribute folder from docs and removed it as a Spaces in the public docs. It didn't make sense to have a single file page, on how to contribute, as a Space itself. How to contribute language is now in the top level README.md.

  • Added a docs/tutorials folder. Will enable 'git sync' for this folder with the new Tutorials Spaces in the gitbook ui.

Do we need to add a .gitkeep file or something in the new tutorials folder? I don't think git tracks empty directories so not sure if the sync will work since it's technically not included in this PR

hmmm yea i noticed the new docs/tutorials folder (i added locally) doesnt appear in the Files Changed. For now let's see what happens after merging.

i could always manually add the folder in this repo (on the github UI) like how we did before on the call with the Gitbook rep.
