[FEATURE_REQUEST] Provide an installer for Windows with Chocolatey package manager

Currently, the installers are only available for Mac & Linux with brew.

Please provide a Chocolatey installer for Windows OS

Hi @NileshGule, we're definitely happy to do this, but none of us on the team use a Windows machine/have any experience with Chocolatey. I'll leave this issue open, but the actual implementation will likely need help from someone in the community. If you have the time/inclination to send a PR for this, please feel free to!

Recently kube-linter was added to nixpkgs NixOS/nixpkgs#149873
Maybe it's time to support it on Chocolatey too.
