[FEATURE_REQUEST] Add support for using non-default values.yaml

Followup to #141.

Once #144 is merged, we can provide more options for the linter to be able to lint non-default values.yamls.

Proposal is to add Options.HelmValuesOptions that exposes values.Options from Helm.
