[Task] Refactor forms

Description

We can have a form wrapper, and use type prop in order to decoupling the forms (remote vs local and custom vs registry)
In this way we can have the same modal instance in the wrapper and render only the form. (This will also solve a tech debt that we have in group catalog, where we are rendering different modals closing/opening them multiple times)
