CSV outputs

• One row per 10min time period
• One column for each simulated quantity
  (Total power output, insolation, shaded area, each string's power output, Voc/Isc, etc)

We'll use this for validation. Measure real strings over the course of a day with a serial-link multimeter, make a CSV of measurements and a corresponding CSV of simulated values. Excel diff.
