Up to date docker image

Hi. 

IVM is currently my most anticipated postgres feature, and it would be great to be able to easily test and provide feedback.
I found https://hub.docker.com/r/yugonagata/postgresql-ivm but it hasn't been updated in 2 years.

Would it be possible to setup a github action to automatically publish up to date docker image when new code is merged to the default branch?
