Write tests and documentation for all SDK methods.

**Describe the bug**
There are some SDK methods that don't have tests and are not added in the documentation.

Those are:
- get_models
- update_model
- get_inferences
- get_monitors

**To Reproduce**
It's plain to see!

**Expected behavior**
To have tests and to be visible in the documentation!
