Add CI plan to automate provisioning and testing for YARN server #104
Description
As a follow-up to #103, I'd like to setup CI plans to automate the end-to-end provisioning and testing of SCDF's YARN server.
Acceptance:
- CI plans kicks-in on every commit
- Plan provisions 1) hadoop cluster 2) SCDF's YARN server 3) Binders 4) Data stores
- Plan runs the IT tests on the provisioned environment
- Plan notifies SCDF's development team on test failures
