Why spatie ssh not working and not any type of error is showing to me?

thats my controller function

and if i try to run using terminal

ssh -i storage/app/key/id_rsa root@c**t.com

it works without requiring password but not in laravel

and then i tried Running SSH Manually in PHP

and suprisingly worked? can anyone help me whats the issue here?

but now im getting this error

ssh is installed in my window computer

i tried phpinfo(); also and

proc_open, exec, shell_exec, system

and none of these was listed as in disable_function

and then i tried

    $output = shell_exec('ssh -V');
    return response()->json($output);
}

but this got a null respnse

{}

then in artisan tinker i tried this cmd

S D:\Laravel\admin-ssh> php artisan tinker
