Collapsing and expanding the sidebar when browsing files has some awkward behavior:

• the icon for collapsing and expanding moves away from under the mouse so that it requires a mouse move to click it again
• the status of the collapsed/expanded nodes in the sidebar is not always maintained. Sometimes the leaf folder will remain open, sometimes it won't. Scroll location gets reset.
