FR: Low priority - Suggest wording change on Asset Assignment Screen

• Go to a Object (Device)
• Click on Edit assigment
  EG: Assignment screen

As a newbie, I was thrown at this screen with the field labled "New Asset", when I did not want to create a "New Asset" I wanted to select an existing asset to link to.

Maybe a better decription coud be "Change assinged Asset" on that screen?

this screen is used for both "assign asset when none is assigned" (assign) and "assign new asset and choose where what happens to already assigned asset" (re-assign)

so any text changes here need to work for both senarios
