Modeling language hierarchy and modeling notion -- to be worked out

Metamodeling languages are not considered modeling languages currently.
We don't have actually notions for "modeling" and "metamodeling" and "megamodeling" anywhere as entities.
One should also wonder whether entities like "metamodels" and "megamodels" should only exist through artifact types.
