Collect the Matches and generate the markdown and json reports for users / AI Agent / MCP

• Improve the existing output report structure for json, csv, html reports including what treesiter4j found
• Investigate if this is better using IA to ask it to reuse the content of the report during the migration steps: classes, annotations OR if we will get scores during the migration using a command where IA will use the ASTrees (exported during the analysis phase) - see ticket
