TUBII's data readout automatically comes up as "On" when opening the GUI

TUBII's readout was definitely off (as indicated by the trigger word in XSNOED) and when I opened the GUI after it has been closed it indicated that it was on. This is easy to reproduce -- turn TUBII's readout off, close the GUI, and re-open it and it will think readout is on. 

Note, it doesn't send a StartReadout command until you actually click the button.
