disable automatic run rollover for SMELLIErunning

Hi,

SMELLIE running requires the automatic run rollover over 3600sec be unchecked (not to rollover).
Unchecking this box requires the expert password.
It would be nice if this could be unset automatically for a 'smellie' runtype so we could run without expert intervention.

That check should not be behind an expert password for any run type imo (laserball and smellie seem to be the most important ones).

if its just calibration runs which use the checkbox, could it be unlocked and moved into the 'calibration' tab?
