Next Js setup

I have been looking through the discussions and some other repo's, am i the only one whose nextjs setup looks completely different? I am working on lesson15 and after setting up with yarn create next-app . i get a few options:

✔ Would you like to use Tailwind CSS? … No / **Yes**

✔ Would you like to use App Router? (recommended) … No / **Yes**
✔ Would you like to customize the default import alias? … **No** / Yes

My Folder layout looks like this:

After adding a sell-nft.js and then running the dev server with /sell-nft is not working ...
