Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
Due to recent changes, the Rekor Type has been updated to DSSE. As a result, using an older version of slsa-verifier may cause errors. The issue is that slsa-verifier is used across multiple systems, making it difficult to upgrade all of them immediately.
With upload-artifacts being deprecated, an upgrade to v2.0.0 is necessary. Is there a way to avoid using DSSE in this process?
