App launcher breaks with new config changes

Heads up – the new changes in #2079 aren't stable. If we switch to the new config based on these changes, everything in the e2e tests falls apart.

@0pcom Can you update the configs for visor-a, visor-b, and visor-c in docker>integration, then run make integration-env-build and check the containers using lazydocker? visor-c is stuck in a restart loop and never reaches a running state.

I haven't merged my full PR at #2082 yet – just manually deployed the new tpd on the test network for now. This is because I reverted your app launcher changes there. Once you sort out this issue, I'll update and merge it.
