Trace path

CMD_SEND_TRACE_PATH (36) and PUSH_TRACE_DATA (0x89) are unhandled. This is the one diagnostic
that answers "why is this node unreachable": which repeaters a packet went through, with per-hop
SNR.

coreletd does not implement it, so it works over BLE against firmware and needs daemon work for
the TCP path.

Tasks:

• Send a trace to a contact and route the push back to it.
• Render the hop list with per-hop SNR.

Needs contacts for addressing.
