[question] Is there any way to validate the minimal set?

Hi,

Thanks for your great work. I want to generate a minimal set of zip codes among 10 US states with radius = 25, I got 482 zip codes in these 10 states. But how can I validate those zip codes to make sure that the minimal set covers the entire 10 states? any suggestions?
