Allow the onboarding script to create a Wildebeest report

The onboarding script should optionally create a report on the project by running Wildebeest (https://github.com/uhermjakob/wildebeest) on the verse extract file. It should only analyze the verse extract file, not correct any issues.

This issue can be considered a lower priority than the first few onboarding sub-tasks. It does not need to be completed before the EITL team starts using the onboarding script.
