Allow the onboarding script to remove PII from a project #733
Description
The onboarding script should have an option to clean up the files in a specified Paratext project folder within the Paratext/projects directory. It should remove any personally identifiable information (PII) along with any other project data that is unnecessary for our purposes (graphics, .hg folder, etc.).
David has a pull request for a script that would perform much of this functionality and could be a good starting point: #729
