How to avoid page breaks inside a paragraph?

Sometimes one would prefer having a whole paragraph on the next page instead, of having it cut in the middle.

Typical case -- and when these things are long, even a \goodbreak before the paragraph cannot guarantee it will be pushed to the next page.
