While we have packages with proper README.md's (e.g. see https://www.npmjs.com/package/@siemens/element-ng), some packages have none at all (e.g. https://www.npmjs.com/package/@siemens/element-theme) or ones that are not aligned with the main one.
THis is neither NPM best-practise nor does it help users to know what our packages are about. We should therefore make sure that all packages are published we a readme AND have aligned content/styling.
