🤷🏽‍♂️ Current Behaviour

When you click on an application icon in the system tray, the application bar is displayed below the taskbar instead of above it.

🎯 Expected Behaviour

When you click an application icon in the system tray, the application bar appears above the taskbar.

👟 Steps to Reproduce (S2R)

1. Set the taskbar location along the left side of the screen.
2. Launch Desktop Dimmer.
3. Left-click on its icon in the system tray.
