Serial USB devices (zigbee / zwave) in nocloud image

Hi,

I was trying for the life of me to get my zigbee / zwave usb devices to work in Talos. Everyone I asked in various communities seemed to have no problems doing this whatsoever. Then it dawned upon me that I'm using the nocloud images. I then tested the same thing but with the regular iso file, and everything seems to work just fine.

Is there anything I can do to get usb serial devices working on the nocloud images? I'd really like to have cloud-init support for easier automatic provisioning.
