Azure Blob CSI driver on Talos

Hi Guys,

I love Talos and I would like to install the Blob CSI driver on my bare metal installation.

Though when installing (using helm) I receive this error:

I understand that the base system is as striped down as possible. But is there a way to get this to work?

Yes, update the upstream repo to avoid doing uname calls and doing nsenter

Can you be a bit more verbose with your answer, please.
With upstream repo you mean the Blob CSI driver, right? I'm not a maintainer of this repo. Can you give hint's which calls I could use instead that are available on Talos? Thank you

I haven't looked into this driver, but from the looks of what you posted above it assumes that host has uname binary (which Talos doesn't), and for some reason does nsenter, which I don't know why it might make any sense.

So this question should be directed towards the developers of the driver you are trying to install. Do they want to support Talos Linux? What is needed from the host OS to make their driver work?
