Proposal: Helm chart as an official deployment method for Omni

Hi all 👋

I'd like to suggest to give the Helm chart in this repo a little more love and treat it as an official deployment method for omni with versioned releases within this repo (?) and push to a registry (i.e. GHCR). As I am already extending the helm chart in this repo and the examples for myself i'd be more than happy to contribute back to it too.
