feat: recycle bin

1. Add a confirmation prompt for both bulk deletion and folder deletion.
2. Add a Recycle Bin. By default, files smaller than n GB, as well as folders whose total size is smaller than n GB and contain fewer than y items, should be moved to the Recycle Bin.
3. For user software installations, validate the installation source and check whether the package contains any known vulnerabilities. If the installer comes from an unknown source or presents security risks, warn the user and require a second confirmation before proceeding with the installation.
4. System-level operations, such as driver installation and removal, must be subject to permission controls.
